Welcome to clikblynk. By creating an account and using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use clikblynk. By using the app, you state that you meet this age requirement and can legally agree to these terms.

2. user generated content (ugc) & zero tolerance policy

clikblynk is a safe space for close friends. We have a strictly enforced zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree NOT to post, share, or transmit any content in your posts, chats, or whispers that:

• Is defamatory, discriminatory, or promotes hate speech.
• Contains bullying, harassment, or threats.
• Displays nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
• Promotes illegal acts, violence, or self-harm.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

3. moderation, reporting, and blocking

To keep the community safe, we provide built-in tools for all users:

• Report: You can report any post or direct message that violates our guidelines directly within the app. Our moderation team reviews all reports and acts within 24 hours to remove offending content.
• Block: You can block any user at any time. Blocking severs all ties, removes them from your friends list, and prevents them from interacting with you.
• Account Termination: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban any user who violates these terms, without prior notice.

4. your rights, visibility & ephemeral nature

You retain ownership of the content you create. However, by posting, you grant us a temporary license to display it based on your actions:

• Standard License: Displaying your content to your approved friends.
• Hall of Fame License: If you explicitly submit a post to the "Hall of Fame", you grant us the right to display that specific post publicly to the wider clikblynk community.

As per clikblynk's core design, content is ephemeral. Standard posts and chats are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Aura posts are deleted after 10 days. Whispers (view-once media) self-destruct 10 seconds after being viewed (unless flagged for moderation review).

5. limitation of liability

clikblynk is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that content will always be available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, clikblynk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
